I am so exited to share with you this new recipe of mine. It only contains 3 ingredients, it is very simple to make and such a deliciousness!!!
If you are in the USA I usually find the soursops at the Asian markets there. They sale them hard so you will probably have to wait until they are ripe, or you might get lucky and find a ripe one. Who knows 🤷🏽♀️😉. ( Your soursop should be very soft to the touch).
1 small soursop
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 table spoon brown sugar
Place the coconut milk in the freezer for a couple of hours to separate the water from the fat.
Peel the soursop, take the hart and seeds out, blend until yo have a creamy consistency, pour it out, mix it with the sugar and set it to the side.
Pour out the fat part of the coconut milk, and mix it until you have a fluffy and creamy consistency.
Add the coconut cream to the soursop and mix well, and just like that you have your soursop mousse!!
Transfer the mousse to a piping bag and serve!
