Fruit Punch Smoothie

Hey hey hey!!!

How are y’all doing today??? As you might have noticed I am a big fan of smoothies. This time I made a “fruit punch smoothie”, it turns out to taste great, so here’s the recipe for you to try!!!


1 peach

1 banana

1 small mango

1/4 cup strawberry

1/4 cup blackberries


Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender until you have a creamy consistency. Serve, and enjoy!!!

Como habrás notado, soy una gran fanática de los batidos. Esta vez hice un “batido de frutas” que resultó tener un gran sabor, así que aquí está la receta para que la pruebes.


1 melocotón

1 banana

1 mango pequeño

1 / 4 taza de fresas

1 / 4 taza de moras


Mezcla todos los ingredientes en una licuadora de alta velocidad hasta que tengas una consistencia cremosa. ¡¡¡Servir y disfrutar!!!
